- When you report a problem, the Mayoralty keeps its type, location, photo and description. A phone number is optional and is used only to send updates on the report.
- Report photos are not published.
- The website carries no advertising and no advertising trackers. Visit statistics are collected only with your consent.
Accessibility
This website is intended for everyone in Baghdad, including people who use a screen reader, enlarge the text or use an older phone.
- The website aims to meet the WCAG 2.2 AA standard. It has not yet been tested against the standard.
- Pages can be read without JavaScript. Search, the report form, report tracking, the fee lookup and maps require it.
- A problem can be reported by typing the address instead of using the map. Alerts and works shown on district maps are also listed as text.
- Arabic is the website's primary language.
